Cancellation by the traveler

To cancel, you must notify us in writing at travel@exploreneri.com The date we receive your email is the effective cancellation date.

Cancellation charges:

• 60 days or more before departure: deposit forfeited
  
  

• 30 to 59 days before departure: 50% of total trip cost forfeited
  
  

• 0 to 29 days before departure: 100% of total trip cost forfeited

Rescheduling

We may share relevant information with our agents, service providers, and suppliers to enable us to operate the trip. We do not sell your data.

Data retention

We retain information for as long as necessary to operate trips, meet legal obligations, resolve disputes, and enforce agreements.
